About the Role

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to produce engaging content for email, social media, and website platforms.
• Manage the donor database (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect) and oversee data integrity, segmentation, and reporting.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior fundraising staff and volunteers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grant funding.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and fundraising analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft persuasive narratives.
• Experience managing donor databases and familiarity with fundraising software (Salesforce, Blackbaud, DonorPerfect).
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
