Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or mental health conditions (in-person or virtual)
• Strong communication skills — empathetic, patient, and clear in both written and spoken English
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
• Pass a federal and state background check (including child abuse clearance)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or care management software
• Bilingual in Spanish or ASL
• Previous work in home-based or telehealth support services

Salary Range

Our Remote Direct Support Professionals earn between $45,000 and $65,000 USD per year, depending on experience, certifications, and hours worked. Full-time employees receive additional compensation for evening and weekend shifts. This is a fully remote, salaried position with no hourly caps — your dedication is rewarded fairly.
