Key Responsibilities

  • Market Penetration & Strategy: Develop and execute a 90-day and annual business plan to aggressively grow market share and revenue within your designated territory.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business deals.
  • Client Relationship Mastery: Cultivate deep, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high retention, expansion of accounts (upsell/cross-sell), and generating powerful referrals.
  • Pipeline Management: Consistently maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce) and deliver clear, data-driven weekly forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide field intelligence and ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Actively analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our positioning and value proposition.

What You Bring: The Proven Leader

We need a self-motivated, disciplined professional with a hunter mentality and a consultative sales approach. You must be exceptionally organized, resilient, and capable of excelling in a fully remote, independent environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a territory management or business development role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue in a defined territory.
  • Expert proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
