About the Role

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive fundraising experience in a nonprofit, higher education, or charitable organization.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual fundraising goals, preferably with major gifts or corporate partnerships.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud, DonorPerfect) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling case statements and donor communications.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of collaboration via video conferencing and project‑management software.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or a related field; CFRE certification is a plus.
