Salary Range

$85,000 – $125,000 USD/year, depending on experience and project complexity

About the Role

As our Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our electrical infrastructure initiatives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets exceeding $5M, and ensure projects meet strict safety and compliance standards. This isn’t just another project management role—you’ll be responsible for the complete electrical lifecycle, from initial design reviews to final system commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical project planning, execution, and delivery for commercial and industrial clients
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and compliance records
• Provide technical guidance on electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for complex electrical installations

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in electrical project management
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• Proven track record managing electrical projects valued at $1M+
• Expert knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and industry safety standards

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong understanding of electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP)
