What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture your client pipeline using our proprietary, high-intent lead generation system (we feed you the leads).
• Consult with buyers and sellers, guiding them through the entire real estate transaction with expertise and care.
• Leverage our CRM, marketing tools, and transaction management platform to run a seamless, efficient business.
• Collaborate with a nationwide network of remote agents for referrals, market insights, and support.
• Grow your personal brand using our customizable marketing assets and social media strategies.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

This is a commission-based role with extraordinary upside. Your income is directly tied to your effort and skill, with no artificial caps.

Salary Range & Structure:

• Potential Annual Earnings: $75,000 – $150,000+ (Uncapped).
• Commission Split: Highly competitive, graduated split that rewards production. Details discussed in interview.
• Draw Against Future Commission: A competitive monthly draw is available for qualifying agents to provide immediate cash flow as you build your pipeline.
• No Desk Fees or Hidden Costs: We cover the core technology suite, MLS dues (for primary state), and essential brokerage support.

Non-Negotiables:

• Active, unrestricted real estate license in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
• Proven ability to be self-motivated, disciplined, and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a customer-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy and willing to master our CRM, communication tools (Zoom, Slack), and transaction platforms.
• A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to help people through one of their biggest life transactions.

Nice-to-Haves:

• 1-3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• Existing sphere of influence or past success in generating your own leads.
• Experience with video marketing, social media lead generation, or SEO for real estate.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration and virtual tour/showing technology.
