In this fully remote position, you will act as the central command for our Florida-based cleaning operations. You will manage a team of on-the-ground cleaners, schedule jobs, conduct virtual quality inspections via photos/videos, handle client relations, and ensure all service agreements are met with excellence. You are the strategist and the quality assurance expert, leveraging technology to keep Florida’s businesses sparkling clean without ever needing to visit the sites yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Coordination: Assign daily cleaning jobs to field technicians, track their progress, and manage availability using our proprietary scheduling software.
• Virtual Quality Control: Review submitted before/after photos and videos from cleanings, providing feedback and ensuring standards are 100% met.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat for scheduling, concerns, and confirmations.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage supply orders for your assigned client portfolio and ensure field staff have necessary materials.
• Reporting & Admin: Generate daily and weekly performance reports for management and maintain accurate digital records.

What We’re Looking For: Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Salary Range
