About the Role

As a Remote Health Data Analyst, you will be at the intersection of data science and healthcare improvement. You will work with our product and clinical teams to analyze patient records, claims data, clinical trial information, and operational metrics. Your primary mission is to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide the data-driven evidence that guides strategic decisions for our healthcare partners. You will enjoy the autonomy of a remote role while collaborating with a supportive, mission-driven team via Slack, Zoom, and project management tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and validate large-scale healthcare datasets from various sources (EHRs, claims databases, public health records).
• Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization to uncover insights on patient health trends, cost efficiencies, and care quality.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for clinical and executive stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipeline integrity and with clinicians to understand the context behind the numbers.
• Document all analysis methodologies, assumptions, and results for compliance and reproducibility.
• Present findings in clear, non-technical language to drive cross-functional action and policy changes.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive, experience-based salary range for this U.S.-based remote position:
