As a Remote Real Estate Agent with Prestige Home Realty, you are the CEO of your own business. Your mission is to cultivate client relationships, guide buyers and sellers through transactions, and grow your pipeline—all from the comfort and convenience of your home. You will manage your schedule, leverage our national lead flow, and close deals using our streamlined, remote-friendly processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and nurture leads through provided digital channels and your personal network.
• Conduct virtual buyer consultations and seller presentations via video conferencing.
• Master our digital tools for listings, virtual tours, e-signatures, and transaction coordination.
• Provide exceptional, white-glove service to clients throughout the buying or selling journey.
• Maintain meticulous records and communication within our CRM system.
• Continuously develop your skills through our ongoing training and coaching programs.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-based role with extraordinary upside potential. Your income is directly tied to your production, supported by a lucrative split structure.

Salary Range & Commission

Estimated Annual Earnings: $60,000 – $120,000+ USD/year. Compensation is 100% commission-based. We offer a competitive graduated commission split that increases with your production volume, meaning you keep more of what you earn as you sell more. There is NO CAP on your earnings. Top producers in our network earn well into the six figures.
