About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead critical design and development initiatives within our dynamic remote engineering department. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, circuits, and embedded firmware.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• B.S. or B.E. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and signal integrity analysis.
• Proven experience with embedded systems and firmware development (C/C++, Python).
• Strong proficiency in simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice, Altium Designer, Cadence) and PCB design software.
• Experience with requirements gathering, design reviews, and project management methodologies.
