About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist providers during virtual patient encounters by managing documentation and ensuring seamless interaction.
  • Process insurance verifications and patient billing inquiries accurately.

Requirements

We seek candidates with a blend of technical proficiency and interpersonal skills:

  • Education & Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred. Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting. Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic health record systems. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
