About the Role

As our Safety Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our safety program, responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing comprehensive safety protocols across all Texas locations. Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in safety management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing effective safety programs, including hazard identification and risk mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards (General Industry, Construction, or relevant sectors) and ability to interpret regulations.
  • Experience conducting safety inspections, accident investigations, and developing corrective action plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively train diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using safety management software (e.g., SafetyCulture, JHA, or similar).
