About the Role

In this fully remote position, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex AI concepts into actionable strategies for stakeholders ranging from C‑suite executives to technical teams. You’ll lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements, from initial discovery and data assessment to model development, deployment, and performance monitoring. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AI readiness assessments and identify high‑value use cases for clients.
• Design machine learning pipelines, selecting appropriate algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, etc.).
• Oversee data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts and MVP demonstrations to validate solution feasibility.
• Guide clients through model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement using MLOps best practices.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower client teams.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends, research papers, and ethical guidelines to advise on responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with R, SQL, or Scala.
• Proven track record of delivering AI projects from concept to production in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL pipelines, and feature stores.
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Consulting mindset: strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional Data Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer.
