About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications, order labs, and manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and mental health disorders
• Document patient encounters accurately in a certified EHR system with real-time clinical support
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity and outcomes-driven care
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and continuing education

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multistate licensure preferred)
• Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (primary care, family, or internal medicine preferred)
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare, Epic, Cerner, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet home workspace, and HIPAA-compliant setup
