About the Role

Sunrise Community Services is actively recruiting Remote Direct Support Professionals to deliver virtual coaching, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families, therapists, and community partners. In this fully remote position, you will design personalized support plans, conduct live video sessions, and document outcomes using our secure electronic health record system. Key Responsibilities

In this position you will:

Requirements

Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a minimum of two years of direct support experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with video‑conferencing tools, and a deep sense of empathy are essential. Successful completion of background screening, TB testing, and any required certifications is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or familiarity with Medicaid waiver programs adds a competitive advantage.
