About the Role

As our Remote Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the strategic leader responsible for the entire restaurant operation. Your primary focus will be ensuring consistent quality, service, and profitability while fostering a positive, high-performing culture. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to optimize menu offerings, manage inventory, and implement cost-saving initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and the local community, all while driving sales growth and customer loyalty from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement restaurant policies, procedures, and standards aligned with brand vision and company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of kitchen, front-of-house, and support staff, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
• Analyze sales data, labor costs, and inventory to identify trends and implement strategies for improved profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service, quality control, and effective resolution of feedback.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage deliveries, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Execute marketing initiatives and promotions to drive customer traffic and brand awareness within the Austin market.
• Maintain compliance with all local health, safety, and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent leadership role in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing remote or hybrid teams, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, development, and creating a positive work culture.
