Essential Experience & Skills
- Education: Master’s degree (MSN, MPH, MHA, MBA) or Doctorate (MD, DO, DNP) required.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN, NP, PA, or MD license in at least one U.S. state.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or directorial role overseeing multiple service lines or a large clinical department.
- Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with clinical operations, quality metrics (HEDIS, STAR ratings), value-based care models, and healthcare compliance.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to build consensus, manage cross-functional projects, and develop high-performing teams in a remote/hybrid setting.
