About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Shift Manager to oversee our remote operational teams. In this 100% remote position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a designated shift, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. You will act as the key communication hub between senior leadership and frontline staff, utilizing digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and team huddles. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage all shift activities to meet production, service, and quality targets. Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, train, and motivate a team of remote and/or field-based employees. Conduct virtual check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and resolve conflicts.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Create and manage efficient shift schedules using workforce management software. Ensure adequate coverage and handle time-off requests.
• Performance & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze shift data, and generate daily/weekly reports for management. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Safety & Compliance Champion: Enforce all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Lead safety briefings and incident reviews.
• Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues during your shift, using critical thinking to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Mandatory Qualifications
