About the Role

Our Remote Civil Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conceive, model, and deliver resilient roads, bridges, water systems, and site developments. You will own the technical lifecycle from concept through construction close‑out, leveraging cloud‑based BIM tools and real‑time collaboration platforms to keep every stakeholder aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed civil designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS‑integrated workflows.
• Perform hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural analyses to meet local, state, and federal codes.
• Prepare permit packages, construction drawings, and specifications for review agencies.
• Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and clients through virtual site walks and digital mark‑ups.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of our remote delivery standards.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET‑accredited). Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, or a clear path to licensure within 12 months.

Technical Proficiency

Advanced expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and InfraWorks; strong grasp of HEC‑RAS, StormCAD, and GIS platforms (ArcGIS or QGIS). Familiarity with cloud collaboration suites (BIM 360, Procore, or similar) is essential.

Salary Range
