About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Strategic AI Advisory & Roadmapping

Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations to identify high-impact AI use cases. Develop tailored AI adoption roadmaps, including ROI analysis, risk assessment, and ethical governance frameworks. Present findings and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

Architect end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion and model selection (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics) to deployment architecture (cloud/on-premise). Lead prototyping efforts using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Implementation & Change Management

Oversee the integration of AI models into client business processes. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill client teams. Drive change management initiatives to foster AI adoption and measure post-implementation performance against defined KPIs.

Thought Leadership & Market Development

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI model development, and data engineering.
• Proven track record (3+ years) in a client-facing consulting role, delivering AI projects for enterprise organizations.
• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and major cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Demonstrated experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines for AI.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range
