About the Role

As a Remote Structural Engineer, you will collaborate with architects, project managers, and field teams to develop structural solutions for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. You’ll perform calculations, create detailed models, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards—all while working remotely with a supportive, distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design using software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or RAM Structural System.
• Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with design intent.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize solutions.
• Perform site visits (when required) to verify construction progress and address field issues.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (PE license preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design for building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard analysis and modeling software.
• Strong understanding of ACI, AISC, IBC, and other relevant design codes.
