About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

**Master’s degree** in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related clinical field from an accredited institution.

**Minimum of 8 years** of progressive experience in clinical leadership, with **at least 3 years** specifically in a Director or equivalent role managing clinical operations or quality improvement.

**Proven experience** leading clinical teams in a remote or virtual care environment is highly desirable.
*

**Comprehensive knowledge** of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, state licensing, CMS guidelines) as they apply to remote clinical services in Florida.
