About the Role

As a Remote Service Technician, you will be the frontline expert for our customer base. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues via phone, video call, and remote desktop software. Your primary mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, turning technical challenges into satisfied, loyal clients. You will manage a dynamic workflow, prioritize tickets, and document all interactions meticulously in our CRM system. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for outstanding, responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and diagnosis for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures with patience and clarity.
  • Utilize remote access tools to directly resolve issues on customer systems.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineering teams with clear, detailed notes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and service activities.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and help documentation to improve self-service options.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first-call resolution.
