About the Role

As the Remote Medical and Health Services Manager, you will be the operational backbone of a nationwide network of virtual clinics. • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Why This Position Is 100% Remote

All core activities are performed via secure cloud platforms, video conferencing, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. You’ll receive a fully equipped home office stipend, a high‑speed VPN connection, and access to a 24/7 IT support desk.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing medical or health services, preferably in a virtual or multi‑site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of telehealth regulations, payer contracts, and clinical quality metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional remote teams and manage budgets of $1M+.
  • Proficiency with EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and data‑analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Medical Manager (CMM) is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

  • Fully remote work with flexible hours; choose your own schedule.
  • Competitive salary with quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (including telehealth coverage).
  • 401(k) plan with company match up to 5%.
  • Annual professional development allowance for certifications, conferences, or online courses.
  • Home office stipend, ergonomic equipment, and high‑speed internet reimbursement.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and mental‑health resources.

As a remote leader, you’ll be part of a collaborative culture that values transparency, data‑driven decision making, and continuous learning. You’ll have direct access to the executive team, opportunities to shape company‑wide strategy, and a clear path to senior leadership roles.

How to Stand Out

When applying, showcase specific examples of remote program launches you’ve led, quantifiable improvements you achieved (e.g., “Reduced patient onboarding time by 30%”), and any certifications that demonstrate your commitment to quality and compliance.
