About the Role

Your primary mission is to ensure that every project, whether digital, physical, or hybrid, meets the highest safety standards. You’ll conduct risk assessments, develop incident response plans, and lead safety training workshops across a global, distributed workforce. In this fully remote capacity, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams via video, chat, and our secure cloud platform to embed safety into every stage of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hazard analyses for virtual and on‑site projects.
• Draft and maintain safety policies, SOPs, and emergency response protocols.
• Lead virtual safety training sessions and certify remote workers.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and industry‑specific regulations.
• Investigate incidents, compile root‑cause reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with IT and HR to embed safety metrics into performance dashboards.
• Maintain a proactive safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety management experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and relevant industry regulations.
• Proficiency with safety management software (e.g., Intelex, Enablon).
• Exceptional communication skills: able to train, mentor, and influence stakeholders remotely.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across multiple time zones.
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional – CSP) a plus.

Salary Range
