Key Responsibilities

Strategic Infrastructure Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term business goals.
• Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, serverless environments to reduce overhead and increase agility.

Security & Compliance

• Implement rigorous cybersecurity protocols to protect company and client data against emerging threats.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure 100% compliance with industry standards.
• Manage identity and access management (IAM) policies to ensure secure, seamless remote access for all employees.

Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a remote technical team, conducting weekly 1-on-1s to ensure professional growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize the IT budget without sacrificing quality.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs to measure system uptime and support ticket resolution efficiency.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or a senior systems engineering role.
• Deep proficiency in virtualization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud orchestration.
• Expert knowledge of network security, VPNs, and firewall management in a distributed workforce setting.
