About the Role

As a Remote Registered Nurse (RN), you will be the cornerstone of our virtual healthcare team, delivering expert nursing care and patient advocacy remotely. You will utilize telehealth platforms and secure digital tools to assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families on health management, and coordinate care with physicians and specialists. Requirements

**Current, Active, and Unrestricted RN License:** Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) where you provide care (remote work eligibility depends on state licensure compacts and regulations).

**Proven Clinical Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare setting.

**Specialized Certifications:** Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory. Advanced certifications (e.g., in critical care, pediatrics, or medical-surgical) are highly desirable.

**Strong Communication & Technology Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with secure video conferencing, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and other remote healthcare platforms is essential.

**Empathy & Patient Advocacy:** Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and advocate effectively for patient needs remotely.
