About the Role

As a Venture Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing high-potential investment opportunities across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities aligned with our portfolio strategy.
• Provide mentorship and operational expertise to portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct due diligence and negotiate deal terms.
• Monitor portfolio performance and offer strategic insights to maximize returns.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.

Requirements

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in venture capital, entrepreneurship, or a related field. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup advisory.

Salary Range

$120,000 – $250,000 USD/year (based on experience and performance). This includes performance-based bonuses and equity participation in select portfolio companies.
