About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning process for our diverse portfolio of building systems and infrastructure projects. As a key member of our technical team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire commissioning lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans for various building systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and facility managers
• Conduct thorough system testing and verification to ensure compliance with specifications
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports throughout the commissioning process
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning management
• Professional certification (such as CxA, P.E., or RCxP) is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in commissioning software and building management systems
• Experience with BIM and CAD software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 – $135,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position also includes performance-based bonuses and opportunities for professional development.
