Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for a proven innovator with a deep academic and practical foundation in AI.

Must-Have Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, OR equivalent industry research experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI research, with a strong portfolio of publications or significant project contributions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML) and distributed training.
• Demonstrated ability to independently formulate research questions and drive projects to publication-quality results.

Compensation & Benefits

$150,000 – $220,000 USD/year
