About the Role

GreenVolt Solutions is expanding its engineering team and seeks a results‑driven Electrical Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end project lifecycles for solar farm installations and grid modernization programs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all deliverables meet stringent safety and quality standards while working remotely from any location.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and closure of electrical projects ranging from 5 MW to 200 MW. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare comprehensive status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulatory requirements, and company safety protocols. Foster continuous improvement by integrating emerging technologies and best practices into project workflows.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience in large‑scale electrical installations. Professional certifications such as PMP or PE are highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and strong proficiency with AutoCAD and ETAP are essential. Excellent communication skills, a proven ability to manage remote teams, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget are critical.

Compensation & Perks
