Salary Range

$120,000 – $250,000 USD/year + Performance-Based Equity

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Remote Venture Partner to join our dynamic team and drive our investment strategy forward. As a key member of our leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and nurturing the next generation of disruptive startups. This unique position combines the autonomy of entrepreneurship with the resources and support of a established venture capital firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities across various sectors
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and market analysis
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to portfolio companies
• Participate in investment committee meetings and decision-making
• Leverage your network to source co-investment opportunities
• Assist portfolio companies with follow-on fundraising efforts

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, or operational leadership
• Proven track record of identifying and nurturing successful startups
• Extensive network within the entrepreneurial and investment communities
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate market opportunities and assess risks
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience serving on startup or company boards preferred
