About the Role

As a Remote Physician Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our virtual care delivery model. You will manage a panel of patients through secure video consultations, electronic health records (EHR), and coordinated care plans. Working in partnership with our supervising physicians and a multidisciplinary team, you will diagnose illnesses, develop treatment strategies, prescribe medications (where applicable), and provide compassionate, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population with chronic and acute conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and virtual physical exams.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and collaborative agreements.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Document all patient interactions meticulously and efficiently in our EHR system.
• Provide patient education and promote preventive health measures.
• Collaborate seamlessly with supervising physicians, specialists, and nursing staff.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Financials

• Estimated Annual Salary Range: $115,000 – $155,000 USD. The final offer is based on a thorough assessment of your experience, geographic cost-of-living adjustments, certification, and interview performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy clinician who thrives in an independent setting. The ideal candidate will possess:

Mandatory Credentials

• Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current, active National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification.
• Active, unrestricted PA license in good standing in at least one U.S. state. (Multi-state licensure is a plus).
• Current DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-certification. (Recent graduates with exceptional telemedicine aptitude will be considered).
• Proficiency with video conferencing technology and desktop/laptop computers.
• Ability to work independently and manage a virtual patient panel effectively.
