About the Role

This role is 100% remote, requiring a quiet, private workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic client care, all while setting your own schedule within our core operational hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide 30-50 minute individual therapy sessions via video conferencing.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in weekly team supervision and case consultation meetings.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and state licensing regulations for teletherapy.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in at least one U.S. state. (Multi-state licensure is a strong plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct therapy.
• Proven experience with diagnosing and treating mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including video conferencing tools and EHR systems.
• A dedicated, professional home office that ensures client confidentiality.

Compensation & Benefits
