About the Role & Our Mission

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments, including medical history and symptom review.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses (e.g., infections, injuries) and manage chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma).
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and provide pharmacologic education.
• Develop and maintain personalized patient care plans with an emphasis on wellness and prevention.
• Document all encounters accurately and efficiently in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate seamlessly with medical specialists, pharmacists, and our in-house care team for complex cases.
• Participate in periodic virtual team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this remote clinical role, you must be a motivated, tech-savvy practitioner with a strong ethical compass and excellent communication skills.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one US state (multi-state licensure is a strong plus).
• National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed NP.
• Proven experience in telehealth or strong comfort with virtual patient interaction.
• DEA registration and NPI number.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evening or weekend hours to meet patient needs.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet, private home office space, and a computer that meets our security specifications.

• Experience with specific EHR platforms like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth.
• Familiarity with chronic disease management programs and population health metrics.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (Spanish, etc.).

Technology & Home Office Setup

You will use our company-provided, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and EHR. We provide a stipend to help optimize your home office for clinical work. You must ensure a professional, distraction-free background and a secure, wired internet connection. Our IT team will guide you through all setup and security protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position with a highly competitive compensation structure.

Salary Range

$110,000 – $150,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience, multi-state licensure, and geographic adjustment factors. Compensation includes a productivity-based bonus potential.
