About the Role & Our Mission

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses (e.g., infections, injuries) and manage chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma).
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and provide pharmacologic education.
- Develop and maintain personalized patient care plans with an emphasis on wellness and prevention.
- Document all encounters accurately and efficiently in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with medical specialists, pharmacists, and our in-house care team for complex cases.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one US state (multi-state licensure is a strong plus).

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed NP.

Compensation & Benefits
