About the Role: The First and Foremost
As our Founder & CEO, you will be the architect of everything. Your core mission is to transform a validated technical concept into a scalable, fundable, and impactful business. You will own the entire company lifecycle, from initial product-market fit and seed funding to building the first core team and establishing our market presence. This role demands a blend of founder-level grit, strategic business acumen, and the charisma to inspire talent, partners, and investors. You will report directly to the Board (which, initially, will be you and our technical co-founder).
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will span the full spectrum: crafting the initial business plan and narrative, leading fundraising efforts (seed round), making the first key hires in engineering, sales, and operations, defining the product roadmap with our technical lead, and establishing our go-to-market strategy. You will be the face of the company, setting the culture and pace for everything that follows.
What You Will Build:
- A robust seed-stage company from a prototype and a compelling thesis.
- A compelling investment narrative that secures $2-3M in non-dilutive and seed capital.
