About the Role

As a Remote Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical systems for commercial and industrial clients nationwide. Working closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure projects meet stringent safety standards, stay on schedule, and stay within budget. This position is ideal for seasoned project leaders who are comfortable using digital collaboration tools and want to make a tangible impact without being tied to a physical office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for electrical initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and clients, highlighting milestones and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Lead procurement efforts, vendor negotiations, and quality assurance inspections.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and have at least 5 years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or power generation. Demonstrated expertise in project budgeting, schedule control, and stakeholder communication is essential. Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana, as well as strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, are required.

Preferred Skills

Additional qualifications that set top candidates apart include a Professional Engineer (PE) license, experience with renewable energy projects, and fluency in Spanish. Strong leadership capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and under budget are highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 – $95,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
