About the Role
As a key member of our revenue team, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. You will sell targeted digital advertising solutions (including display, video, and native ads) to small and medium-sized businesses looking to grow their online presence. We provide the leads, the cutting-edge platform, and the training; you provide the hustle, the pitch, and the closing ability. Core Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through provided leads, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations (via video call) to understand client marketing goals and propose tailored ad solutions.
- Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline using our CRM (Salesforce).
- Negotiate contracts, meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas, and consistently close deals.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and renewal/upsell opportunities.

Salary & Commission Structure
Estimated Base Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year (dependent on experience).
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $120,000+ USD/year. Your total compensation is uncapped. We offer a competitive base to ensure stability, paired with a high commission rate (15-25% of revenue) and accelerators for exceeding targets. Top performers earn significantly more.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
