About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain your own commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and state regulations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute freight runs on a flexible, self‑controlled calendar.
• Communicate with shippers, brokers, and our dispatch team using our mobile platform.
• Ensure accurate documentation, load reporting, and timely billing.
• Handle all aspects of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and insurance coordination.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Own or lease a Class 8 tractor‑trailer or 53‑ft box truck with up to 80,000 lb GVWR.
• Strong business acumen—capable of managing expenses, invoicing, and taxes.
