About the Role

As a Remote Fast Food and Counter Worker, you’ll be the vital link between our kitchen and our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders accurately (either via phone, drive-thru, or online), preparing food items efficiently according to strict recipes and safety standards, handling cash and card transactions securely, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and providing friendly, helpful service to every customer. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a commitment to speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via various channels (phone, drive-thru, online).
• Prepare food items (burgers, fries, sandwiches, etc.) according to established recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, card, and mobile payments securely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including counters, service windows, and dining areas.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and helpful customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving simple issues.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations.
