Compensation & Earning Potential

Your income is directly tied to your effort and skill, but we remove financial barriers to start. This is not a salaried position; it is a commission-based role with a highly competitive split structure designed to reward top producers.

• Commission Split: Start at a 70/30 split (70% to you) on all transactions. This escalates to 80/20 and beyond as you hit production tiers.
• Estimated Annual Earnings Range: $50,000 – $120,000+ USD/year. Your take-home is a function of your closed volume. Top agents in our network consistently earn well into the six figures. We provide the leads and tools; you provide the hustle.
• No Desk Fees: Zero monthly or annual franchise fees. No hidden costs. You only pay a standard, transaction-based royalty.

Requirements: Are You the Remote Pro We Need?

This role is not for the faint of heart. Success requires discipline, exceptional communication, and a true entrepreneurial spirit. You must be licensed in good standing with your state’s real estate commission.

Non-Negotiables:

• Active, unrestricted Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license in at least one U.S. state.
• Proven ability to work independently, self-manage time, and meet goals without supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a phone and email pro.
• Tech-savvy. Comfortable with CRM software (we train on ours), video conferencing, digital signing platforms, and social media.
• High-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated, professional workspace.

Highly Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in residential real estate sales (new agents with exceptional training and drive will be considered).

• Experience with remote client consultations and virtual tours.
