Core Remote Responsibilities:

• Project Logistics & Scheduling Support: Assist project managers in creating and maintaining detailed work schedules, tracking delivery timelines for materials and equipment, and coordinating virtual pre-task planning meetings with field supervisors.
• Materials & Inventory Management: Monitor digital inventory systems, process purchase orders for tools and supplies, verify specifications against project plans, and troubleshoot discrepancies in material orders before they reach the site.
• Compliance & Documentation: Prepare and organize digital packets for permits, safety plans, and inspection reports. Ensure all field-submitted daily logs, timecards, and quality control photos are correctly filed and accessible.
• Quality Control Coordination: Schedule virtual walkthroughs, compile punch list items from field reports, and track resolution status for non-conforming work, acting as the central communication hub.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Liaison: Serve as the primary remote point of contact for administrative queries, facilitating clear communication between project management, suppliers, and subcontracting crews.
