About the Role: The Modern, Remote Agent

This isn’t the traditional real estate job. As a Remote Real Estate Agent with our firm, you operate as an independent contractor with the full support system of a national brokerage. You will manage your entire client journey—from lead generation and virtual consultations to digital closings—from the comfort of your home office. We provide the cutting-edge tools, national marketing, and lead distribution; you provide the hustle, expertise, and exceptional client service. You’ll connect with buyers and sellers across the country, leveraging video tours, e-signatures, and virtual staging to conduct seamless transactions without geographical limits.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Qualify and respond to inbound leads we provide from our national marketing campaigns.
• Conduct virtual buyer consultations and seller listing presentations via Zoom or Teams.
• Master our proprietary CRM and marketing suite to automate follow-ups and nurture leads.
• Guide clients through the entire remote transaction process, coordinating with remote title/escrow and lenders.
• Continuously develop your skills through our online training modules and weekly coaching calls.

Salary Range & Compensation Structure

Your earnings are directly tied to your effort and skill. We offer a highly competitive, transparent commission structure designed to reward top producers.

• Estimated Annual Earnings Range: $45,000 – $65,000+ USD/year for agents building a solid pipeline.
• Top Producer Potential: $100,000 – $250,000+ USD/year. There is no cap. Your income is a function of your closed transactions.
• Structure: You receive a pre-negotiated percentage of the commission on each transaction you close. Splits are generous and improve with volume. There are no costly desk fees or monthly technology charges—we invest in the tools you need to succeed.

Note: This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual sales performance.

Who You Are: The Ideal Remote Agent

Essential Requirements

• Active Real Estate License in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Proven Tech Proficiency: You are comfortable and confident with video conferencing (Zoom, FaceTime), CRM software, digital document signing (DocuSign), and smartphone apps. This is a digital-first role.
• Home Office Setup: A quiet, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated computer/webcam.
• Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills. You can build rapport and trust entirely through a screen.
• Self-Motivation & Discipline: The ability to structure your day, manage your pipeline, and stay productive without direct supervision.
• 2+ Years of Experience in residential real estate (sales or leasing) is preferred, but exceptional new agents with a strong mentor mindset are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with remote/virtual transaction coordination.
