About the Role

As our Remote General Manager, you will be the chief executive of your designated business unit or market, operating with significant autonomy. You will have end-to-end responsibility for all facets of the operation—from financial performance and strategic planning to sales, marketing, customer success, and team development. Key Accountability Areas

• Profit & Loss Ownership: Develop, manage, and exceed the annual budget and financial targets for your operational scope.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are seeking an accomplished leader with a blend of strategic vision and gritty operational experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Essential Experience

• 7+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager, VP of Operations, or similar P&L leadership role.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading teams (10+ direct/indirect reports) in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Strong financial acumen; expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at the C-suite level.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or service-oriented industry.
• Data-driven decision-making proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, or similar.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or relevant executive leadership programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$95,000 – $150,000 USD/year (Base Salary) + Quarterly Performance Bonus (Target 20-30% of base) + Long-Term Equity Incentives.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, proven track record, and the scope of the specific business unit assigned. The bonus and equity components are directly tied to the achievement of agreed-upon financial and operational KPIs.
