About the Role
As our Remote General Manager, you will be the chief executive of your designated business unit or market, operating with significant autonomy. Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Experience
- 7+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager, VP of Operations, or similar P&L leadership role.

- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading teams (10+ direct/indirect reports) in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong financial acumen; expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Compensation & Benefits
