Salary Range

Our Venture Partners receive a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $120,000 – $200,000 USD/year, plus performance-based bonuses and equity participation in portfolio companies. Total compensation potential ranges from $150,000 to $400,000+ USD annually, depending on performance and deal flow.
