You’ll tackle meaningful challenges, lead small cross-functional teams on initiatives, and present your solutions directly to senior executives. Your mentor, a seasoned leader, will guide your growth, and your performance will determine your placement into a permanent management role upon successful completion.

A Day in the Life of a Remote Management Trainee

• Morning Huddle (Virtual): Join your cohort and program lead for a 30-minute sync to set daily priorities and share insights from your current rotation.
• Deep Dive Project Work: Spend 4-5 hours on your assigned business project—analyzing data, developing a marketing plan, optimizing a process, or preparing a financial model.
• Collaboration & Learning: Attend a workshop on financial acumen, shadow a department head via video call, or collaborate with peers in a virtual whiteboard session.
• Mentorship Check-in: A weekly one-on-one with your executive mentor to discuss challenges, career aspirations, and feedback.
• Wrap-up & Planning: Document progress, update project trackers, and plan for the next day’s objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience. Internships, club leadership, or significant project work are a plus.

Salary Range

$48,000 – $62,000 USD/year
The exact starting salary within this range will be determined based on your relevant experience, skill level, and performance during the final interview stages. This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus upon successful completion of the trainee program and placement into a management role.
