About the Role & Impact

As a key member of our virtual care team, you will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide ongoing psychotherapy and medication management. You will manage a panel of patients dealing with a wide spectrum of conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. This is a true 100% remote position, requiring only a quiet, private home office and a reliable high-speed internet connection. You will have the freedom to structure your schedule, typically seeing 15-20 patients per day, with administrative time built in for documentation and team collaboration.

A Day in the Life of a Remote PMHNP

• Conduct 45-60 minute initial psychiatric assessments via video visit.
• Follow-up with established patients for medication management and brief interventions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our in-house licensed therapists and care coordinators.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in our intuitive EHR.
• Participate in weekly team case consultations and peer support sessions.

Salary Range

$125,000 – $165,000 USD per year (Based on experience, certification, and productivity. Potential for higher earnings with volume incentives.)

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Credentials & Experience:

• Master’s degree (MSN) or Doctorate (DNP) from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) national certification.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (we support licensure in additional states).
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in psychiatry.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR).
