About the Role

As a Remote Structural Engineer, you will collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop detailed structural models, perform load calculations, and ensure compliance with international building codes. Key Responsibilities

• Create and review structural drawings, calculations, and reports using industry‑standard software (ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, or similar).
• Perform seismic, wind, and gravity load analyses for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize material usage.
• Ensure all designs meet local, national, and international standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocode, etc.).
• Provide technical support during construction phases, responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; PE license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency with structural analysis tools (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, RAM Structure) and BIM platforms (Revit, Tekla).
• Strong understanding of concrete, steel, timber, and mixed‑material design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration across time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Teams) is a plus.
