About the Role

As a Remote Personal Care Aide, you’ll provide vital non-medical support to seniors and individuals with disabilities through virtual check-ins, care coordination, and personalized wellness planning. You’ll work directly with clients and their families via secure video platforms, phone calls, and digital care journals to monitor daily routines, medication adherence, nutrition, mobility, and emotional wellbeing. What You’ll Do Daily:

• Remind clients about medication schedules, appointments, and hydration/nutrition needs
• Document care activities and client progress in secure digital platforms
• Offer companionship through conversation, reminiscence therapy, and light activity encouragement
• Identify and escalate signs of health decline or safety risks to supervising nurses

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing in-home or virtual care to elderly or disabled adults
• Strong communication skills—with patience, clarity, and emotional intelligence
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, FaceTime, etc.)
• Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check
