Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a quarterly field marketing plan for your territory, aligned with national campaign goals.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local venues, retailers, and community organizations.
• Plan and staff brand activation events, product samplings, and promotional stunts to generate leads and buzz.
• Recruit, train, and manage a small team of temporary brand ambassadors or event staff as needed.
• Capture high-quality photos, videos, and consumer feedback at all activations for social media and reporting.
• Track all campaign KPIs (leads generated, samples distributed, social reach, ROI) using our CRM and reporting tools.
• Provide weekly field reports and insights to refine future strategies.
